Shipping policy
Physical Delivery Only
All BrickHelmets products are physical items. Once you place your order, our team begins processing and packing your helmet for shipment.
When to Expect It
We aim to process all orders in 1-7 business days.
Due to extremely high demand, orders may take 2–5 weeks (not including weekends) to ship and leave our warehouse during periods where we are restocking on the product. We do our best to be transparent about this.
After leaving our warehouse, most orders arrive within 2–5 additional weeks to arrive. We do our best to communicate this and offer refunds if you are unhappy with the wait time.
Arrival times may be longer if an item is sold out, on pre-order, or delayed by carriers, customs, or supply chain issues outside of our control.
Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier, and BrickHelmets is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
Make Sure Your Address Is Right
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Some carriers require a phone number for delivery updates or to resolve delivery issues. This helps ensure your package arrives smoothly.
