Order Processing

At BrickHelmets, we begin processing and packing orders immediately so your helmet ships out as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been submitted. If your order has already entered processing or shipping, it will not be possible to cancel. Please make sure to double-check your team, variant, and shipping details before completing checkout. If you need assistance right after placing an order, reach out to brickhelmets@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Refund Policy

Please note: We do not offer returns.

Issues with orders:

If your order has one of the following issues, we will offer a discount, refund or a reshipment.

  • The wrong team from what you ordered, or the item was damaged and you have sent a photo or video of proof.

⚠️ Conditions

We do not compensate for items that have the following issues:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • The item was purchased on sale as all items are final sale.
  • The reason is based on dislike, change of mind or other personal preference.
  • The reason is from any type of customer error such as ordering the wrong helmet.
  • Sent to wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Missing pieces in set:

If there are any missing pieces, we offer to ship them out to you for free right away but don't offer a refund.

Inspection Process

If your request meets the eligibility requirements, we may ask you to provide photo or video evidence of the issue. But please note, we do not offer returns. If you qualify for the above conditions, we will reship a new helmet or send a refund or provide a discount.
